Interior painted pieces?

Interior painted pieces?
Has anyone done any interior painted pieces to their C63? Could be as simple as a few accent pieces, or as significant as the full dash.
I'm thinking about taking out some pieces and having them sent to the bodyshop. If any vendor has pre-painted pieces on core exhange, please let me/us know.
The only pieces I've seen are the seatbacks, and the trim that is optional as CF. I'm more interested in pieces that can be done is the dash area.

Fabric is only around $30-35. Bought mine from Eurodyne. I have a service tech friend at my local MB dealership and got it wrapped there for $350.
