Who has an EVOSPORT tune?

Anyone have an evosport ecu tune?

I've read all the reviews on the kleeman k1/k2 tunes, but I haven't found a review on the evosport ecu.

Thanks in advance!

AFAIK Evosport does not tune. They sell the Powechip tune.

bustopoo:

I have it and can really tell the difference! The difference from stock is so noticeable that when I took my C63 in for an oil change and the stupid dealer reflashed it was a real letdown driving off after I picked up my car.

I called Powerchip (I actually purchased the tune from Evosport) and they said to come down and they would reflash the ECU.

They did and wow It was just like before I took the car in for the oil change!

I have not dynoed my car but you really feel the difference after about 300+ miles or so

I recently purchased the "Heat Spacers" from Vadim who works out of the facilities as Powerchip and they are noticeable in So. Calif as the heat does not affect the power as before.

However,When I return to La Quinta where I live in the Palm Springs area where it's around 120 degrees now I don't even try to push the car because I can hardly breathe let alone the car run well!

I honestly feel the Evesport/Powerchip tune adds 50+ HP to the car in terms of how it feels to me.

As you may notice I have a little experience with having owned two W211 E55's over the last 6 years and can really tell from the but dyno.

Regards!

Phil

I have a powerchip tune in my C63 and took it to the track last weekend.

Car is standard ,except for tune and running on normal street tyres with 4000 klms on the clock :

12.32 @ 114.68 mph with a 1.94 60 footer and

12.37 @ 114.04 mph with a 1.93 60 footer.

I am not affiliated with any workshop or sponsor , but just telling it as it is .........Cheers John
