Labor time to remove exhaust manifolds and replace with headers.
What have you guys been charged for this operation? I just checked Evoport's catalog and their labor is 16.0 hours for the job. From what I gather, their LT headers is a bolt-on system without any cutting. I just looked up the labor (based on Motors Guide) to replace the stock exhaust manifold is 2.5 hours each + .8 for the downpipe/CAT. Not sure what it shows for labor in Chilton's or from MB. I believe MB has two rates; warranty and "retail."
