I keep turning it and it just keeps turning. How do you get these ugly, made in china looking pins out?

Come on guys. I got my GF nice door pins for her C300 and when I went to put them on they just kept turning. On my car they quickly came loose.

The fronts should come out relatively easy with an old rag/shirt and pliers. Should twist right off. As far as the rears, I believe it requires drilling/cutting/glueing or removing the door panel.

The rears are ball and socket assembly so to remove the pin, you'd have to break the socket. Found out recently that the Brabus pins will work on the rears. The fronts are standard screw in that sit flush. The rears are wider and shorter and are more caps that sit over existing OEM pins and are held by pressure as you push them in over the existing pin. They don't sit flush in the rear, but you can cut the tip of the OEM pins with shears as that's what's holding it back from sitting flush to get it down. It's easier to remove the door panel to get the rears on as you can hold on to the pin under the panel as you push the cap in, but it can still be done carefully without removing the door panel. This is THE best solution available right now to getting front and rear pins that sit flush.

You have no idea how hideous those door pins are to a guy coming from a beautiful S5 interior.

Who the hell chose to use 1990s style door pins in the new C class? I mean, what executive in their right mind would approve such a design?
