the rears are the goodyear eagle f1 all seasons and there are stock pirellis up front. just making sure before i put the tires on.

yes. I can tell you from exp that the stagger will be noticable when driving. In other words, you will feel the rears grab the truck ruts and crown of the road during lane changes. You get used to it quickly but I would reccomend increasing the fronts by 10mm too... Just my .02

yes, they are fine. I have been running the 275-35-18 for over 10,000 miles. Not the same set of course,

The stock performance Pirelli (summer) fronts with the all season Goodyear on the rear would be a weird mix. And the 275 size is taller and 6 lbs. (31 lbs.) more of unnecessary unsprung weight and more mass to start and stop moving as well.
I went with the 265/35 P Zero which is only 27 lbs, and only 2/10 tenths taller than the 255's but yet 8/10 tenths of an inch wider. And the PZeros have a higher speed rating.
Really the 265's are just like fatter 255's.
