Hey Mthis, I would have to agree that the encounter you had with the X6 would not really qualify as "race". The amount of traffic on the road made it impossible to meet the typical criteria and honestly it looked like one of those times when the best response is "catch ya later". I really enjoy your input and enthusiasm towards performance driving and would not want something to happen that would change that. Trust me I'm not on a soapbox, played with a late model T/A on a Mexican interstate recently left him so far behind in a 70 -150 roll that it took him 20 seconds to catch up and want to do it again but it was late at night and there was not another car in sight other than my friend's E55.

mthis.....where did you get the 520 crank figure from? Did you just dyno and add 100hp to the whp figure?? How could you not beat a stock E55 with 50 more horsepower at the crank and less weight?? No way are you beating a halfway competent M5 driver above 100 unless he drives like you type.

propain....it's just the c63 section....rest of the site is much more knowledgeable bud.
I don't understand why you get so aggressive with people here. As car enthusiats opinions of others is greatly appreciated but I don't see the need to mock people and make fun of people.

You have your views and opinions but I don't think there is a need to bash people the way you are doing. Mthis car dynoed at 399whp and I dynoed at 411Whp on the same exact dyno. His car either is only that strong or was not running at full potential when he raced me. We have a rematch tom night and the guy with the M5 was invited. There is nothing more to it then a bunch of guys who love fast cars having some fun.

How is calling him out lame? A C63 and a E55 called him out before me? Like i said, it would be FUN to see how we all do aganist eachother. I didnt call you out or mention your name so relax and play with some legos.
You dont even what i have owned or what i could own but yet you make it seem as if the M5 is out of my league because i CURRENTLY own a 335i? Forum members like you make this place ****.
I dunno why your talking crap about my car but dont worry about my pocket or who i call out

All this bantering back and forth is kinda dumb.

Having opinions = cool. Personal attacks = lame.

Is it me or do we seem to have a lot of argumentative, defensive, sensitive, Internet tough guys? Posting threads in here like a buncha little B1Tche$... have a Coke and a smile and STFU.

Don't get mad at me... I'm just saying. If you take this personally, well that should tell you something right there.

To the original thread - I do not think this really qualifies as a race. But hey, if you do that's cool. Thanks for sharing the video and the preview of another something to eat.

This thread cracks me up really. The only bad news is making us C63 owners look bad, really bad compared to the rest of the forums.

Race the E55AMGGG04, with his E55, he just called you out, or race Mthis C63?

Actually, how about we race with my 335i? I'll even race you on pump gas.

I wouldn't risk my license over a 335. Besides, I might get confused and start racing one of the other 20 on any given road in the Tri-State area at any time. Also, I'd rather run MY tuned TT I-6 against YOUR tuned TT I-6.

This isnt your everyday 335i, you might be shocked I could pull your M5 with the amount of tq i have over it.
Would be fun, hell i would run your TT I-6 that would be a **** load of fun. But would be more fun to run a BMW vs a BMW, little brother vs big brother
Anways i think the tuned C63 who called you out in the first place is a good match or the E55 AMG who called you out, that would be EVEN A BETTER MATCH!

That would be people like you. I saw the pre-edit about "blowing your load on my wife". Got to love the internet. I'm sure Cylinder would love to take time out of his day to hang out with such a swell guy as yourself....

I shouldn't have got into the "what you drive thing" but what a way to rise above it... bet your parents would be proud.

Ahah we make sure our cars dominate...the e36 m3 may not be running but I can for sure show it to you. The mcoupe will be ready to run and so will one of the evos making about the same power as your supra. Pm me to set something up.

So, I'm coming from the Evo IX and X world...where those cars are plentliful and east to mod...and you're claiming that your 335i (I'm not going to ask why you are on an MBZ forum to begin with-my guess? The BMW guys couldnt stand your BS as long as we can)-has more tq and will pull on the M5?
I'm calling you out with my bone stock C55.

Where do you live PM me, im guessing you didnt do you h.w. before you posted, your bone stock C55 is a race for a stock 335i not modified one. And yes i am claiming i am making more TQ than the M5. Actually if i had a dyno sheet with me, it would be a certain fact.

IIRC, Brisk, you have JB3, DPs, intake, FMIC, and exhaust...a fully modified 335i, correct? Which JB3 map would you be running...map 7 or map 8 with race gas?

If he's fully modified guys, he's pushing ~ 400WHP / ~ 420RWTQ...so he's capable of running the 1/4 mi. in the low 12's. From a roll, a well tuned 335i like his is very capable, even into the higher speeds. One thing the JB3 doesn't have (unless they changed it recently) is a speed delimiter like the PROcede v3 adds, so he's probably limited to 155mph...not that I would want to hear of anyone going that fast on the street...just an fyi.

I remember running with and beating an M5 from ~ 5mph - ~ 100mph (although I don't know for sure if he was in P500 mode or P400)...it was just a quick run and I'm sure he would've walked me after that. But, I only had an older version of my piggyback and was making ~ 330WHP / ~ 370RWTQ in my 335i at the time.

cylinderhead ill be back in the country this week so let me know if you want to run the mcoupe and maybe the evo. Hell ill even do a run in my stock c63 so that all the children on this forum can stop crying and plus id like to see how badly that supra kills the c63. By the way the mcoupe is tough...it blew the doors off our LP-640 ahaha. Also, what are you running on the supra?

Sorry guys but can someone give me a little quick insight on how these Supras are made so powerful I am obviously aware the car is a I6 TT, but is it just a matter of throwing bigger turbos on it? How reliable are these things running that level of power?

V6tt can be made fast really easy as long as the short block and tranny can support all the power. Generally factory spec V6 TT has really small turbos and even these small turbos will make 400hp easily as you can see with 335.

When i am talking about the turbos in 335 being small i mean really small for example the smallest aftermarket turbo in FI world is a 16g that will make approximately 300hp on a single turbo 2.5L sti. Then theres 18g which will make 350 then theres 20g which will make 400 then theres GT28,GT30 and GT35R. GT35R will make 500hp-550hp.

If you slap two 20g on a TT V6 like the supra then you are making easily 500-550whp = 650 hp or so. You can always gain more power with bigger turbos.

As far as i know about supra which i don't really know too much, its shortblocks are easily rebuildable due to the huge aftermarket it has established over the years. We all know that an older a car gets the cheapper it becomes to mod.

So after all my baffle i will put things into a simple equation of mine

Build engine+new fuel injection system+stronger transmission+bigger turbo+bigger intercooler+better clutch+meth for cooling= infinite power
