What do you think of this quote for Kleemann K2?
I was quoted by a local Kleemann dealer on the K2 package for the c63. The total came out to around 7700. They included the Kleemann LSD which is 900 and 550 for the installation. So the K2 package without the LSD would be around 6250. I was hoping the K2 package was not too much over the parts cost of 4000, but the installation costs are much higher than what I expected. Can people who have the K2 input what they think of this estimate with what they paid?

From posts I've seen on the matter, I'd expect your OTD price for a K2 package + install to be in the $5k range, give or take a couple hundred.

Oops, tax was included. So the total for just K2 package would be around 5750. So 1750 for labor.
edit:
My fault again. It turns out there are other stuff on this invoice that is not needed for the K2. Shipping LSD to Kleemann, Oil (for LSD I assume), and also they included labor and shipping for K1 which most likely I'll do. But for the purpose of K2 package cost it should be included I guess. The total minus these items comes to 5359, so the labor is 1369. They also had a 110 charge for before & after dyno which I don't think I need, or do I?

$5,400 sounds much more reasonable for a K2 package, P&L.
+1 on the before and after dyno - absolutely worthwhile, and you could wind up regretting never having the baseline dyno later on... at which point, it's too late (assuming you're not going to pay double and triple labor to reverse everything just for some dyno diagnostics... most wouldn't).

The after dyno is mandatory.......someone just posted about pulling 358 after a tune from one of the primaries. More than likely his files did not copy correctly and he may not have been certain by just the "but dyno".
