You should've received yours by now; you should call your dealer and inquire. I bought my car about the same time you did, and I received my MB AMG package with the $100 Saks gift card about 2 weeks ago.

I bought my car in November of 2008 as well. I got the 2008 edition of the AMG: The Performance Magazine and the 2008 AMG DVD when I picked up the car. Now they've mailed to me the 2009 version of those same items. Unfortunately, Canadian AMG owners don't get the $100 gift card. Oh well...

Just wanted to share as a non-AMG purchased of 2008 C and 2009 SLK, I didn't even get a shoe string from them.

I found out that Razorfish NY acquired the marketing account for MB's AMG division not too long ago. This was previously handled by an agency in NY named Rapp. Those of you who received all the goodies must have gotten the last batch before the transition.
That said, I'm going to hit up a contact at Razorfish to see if they'll jump on those customers they've overlooked.
