Touch-up paint

Touch-up paint
Some douche made a deep scratch on my car so I went to the dealer to place an order for touch-up paint, since they were out. They said my car doesn't have clear coat since it is arctic white and not a metallic color. I read somewhere in the forum and thought that it came with 2 bottles, touch-up paint and clear coat. Are the 2 bottles for other colors, not white? Thanks.

I did ask the parts person and he said it doesn't come with clear coat. I thought he was wrong, but sounds right now since iridium silver is metallic and came with 2 and white/black only came with 1 bottle.
