Check oil message
My car has about 10,000 km (6,000 miles). Once in a while, the check oil message turns on and each time, the oil level was at the minimum so I added half a pint of oil. It just happened again yesterday. In total I have added 2 pints since I got the car. Have you experienced the same? Is it normal? I have Kleemann K1. Could it be the reason why the car takes more oil? Thanks.

Thanks dmyrick. My search was not successful in connecting Kleemann K1 to oil consumption other than obviously, hard drivers use more oil than others. Do you have any first hand experience to add or any reference to suggest? Thanks.

I don't think that the oil consumption has anything to do with your Kleeman upgrade. the oil consumption is just normal for the C63. just check your oil when the engine is hot (about 5-10 min) after you stop. if its at or below the second red marker add a quart and you will be fine.
