my dealer gave me a shyte load of cash off the 09..the 2010 barely had any deals..offered keyless entry and maybe 1 or 2 other things..I took the 10k off the 09 and ran!

The U.S. spec '10 adds more options like MB Keyless Go, Rear-View Camera, and a couple more goodies are now std. But, as others have said, you won't find the deals (like many of us recently got for the '09's) on new , 2010 C63's for quite a while.
