I live in Vancouver and was wondering if anyone knows any good auto shops where i could Mod my car.

Also i would like to know where do you guys buy ur parts like coilovers, lips, and etcc...

It would be nice if there are any thread that shows how to take out the interior parts of the car, especially the wood trim. =]
