Rim sellers and Makers, please read

This question is to the site sponsors and people who sell rims on this site.

I am very close to purchasing a set of wheels for my C63. But it has been very difficult and alot of different information is getting passed around.

I need to know a couple of things and im sure many other C63 owners will benefit too.

I am looking at a 19 or 20inch rim.
For the front i have the following specifications:
19/20x8.5 (Hi Disk rim) + 36

The rear is the following
Mid Disk
20x9.5 (61mm lip) +45
High Disk
20x9.5 (49mm lip) +48
20x10 (61mm lip) +42

Mid Disk
19x9.5 (61mm lip) + 45
Hi Disk
19x9.5 (49mm lip) +48
19x10 (61mm lip) +42

Now from my understanding, Hi Disk means Hi Clearance for cars with Big Brakes. This generally applies to the rims on the front, how ever with C63, because we have such large big brakes on the rear too, can a Mid Disk rim fit on the rear with the correct offset? as possibly listed above? I know the 19/20x10 +42 option needs an extra +5mm on its offset and will require guard liping to fit perfectly.

Do rim makers all make rims using this Hi Disk and Mid Disk application?

Thanks
h

Ok, you have part of the story.

I have dealt with many very tough fitment vehicles in my experience. For instance:

Lexus LS430 with a 5 inch rear lip
Ferrari 360 modena with a 13" rear
Porsche RSR GT3 with 6.5" rear lip

There are a few pad heights in the industry, and each maker rates them a bit differently.

Ultra Hi pad
High Pad
Mid Pad
Low pad
S-Low (aka Super Low pad)

Other things you must consider is the face design as it relates to the register. You may get wheel A with a certain face design in a High pad that fits, but in another mfg.'s wheels design that will only fit with a Ultra Hi pad. To do it perfectly you need someone who can read a blueprint, figure out the register measurements, curvature measurements, and couple it with the right offset and width.
I can do that. PM me if you need help.
