My Stock E55 vs Mthis Modded C63
As some of you guys know me and mthis have run each other MULTIPLE times. Now mthis installed his headers so we wanted to see the new power gains. ( we have great video footage uploading )
I reset my ECU and for some reason on our way to the race spot we did some pre-runs and my car didnt adapt yet to shift changes and it actually would get stuck for maybe a full 2 seconds before it would shift again. It did change and my car ran properly as the video footage will show.

E55amggg04: Bone stock (healthy) E55
1st race: Highway roll from 25-100 ( not on camera )
We started at 25mph and as soon as my car tried to shift into second gear it got stuck for maybe a full 2 seconds before it shifted and he got me by a good 4-5 car lengths.
2nd race: At our race spot 25-110 mph ( on video )
The same thing happened to me where my gear didn't shift for a good 2 seconds and another 4-5 car lengths.
3rd race: 25-130mph (on video)
This time my car shifted correctly and we start off side by side and once I shift into 3rd gear he begins his pull but it was a good 1 1/2 to 2 car lengths.
4th race: 40-130mph ( on video )
This race once I shift into 3rd he begins to pull on me to about 2 to 2 1/2 car lengths.
Conclusion: The headers definetly gave him power gains and if we would reach higher speeds he would have pulled on me even more. The videos will be posted and they are very clear and you can see everything for yourself. The kids car is incredibily LOUD and very fast.

tonight was a blast, we had alot of fun. yo i dint know his escalade was supercharged. thats sick. anyways, here are some pro's and con's on my car and the race. Had major issues with tration, we did one race from 20 to 130 that i accualy got somewhat grip 1st and 2nd. and the other 3 vids were just bad for me i would spin 1st and 2nd then would catch up 3rd and pass him in 4th. the last 2 we did i started in 2nd at 40 mph and still spun all the way to 60mph. pro's i can tell the diff the headers make from tune only and its a BIG BIG diff, now all i need are some sticky new tires and i can go match up with the LET e55 that has tune and pully and hopefully a GTR and Z06
btw tonight was the 1st night i felt my car become a complete monster. i drove the car hard before but since i got the headers tonight was a treat for my car, it realy got oped up. and all i can say is that 20-130 when getting grip is insain fast. now have to get a vbox and do some 60-130 runs, anyone down to spit one.

Whatever we're tuning!
Not a fan of a complete ECU reset. I recommend/swear by just the TCU reset which has to be done through SDS. Your reset all of the transmision adaptions and then the tranny will shift like an effin' ANIMAL..........until it returns to granny mode after some stop and go traffic.

It was alot of fun guys!!!! These two cars are insanely fast!
The E55 is running to its fullest potential in stock form, this car doesnt suffer from the damn ic pump failure as E55AMGGG04 has a upgraded one, so his car doesnt heatsoak to the point of no return ( SC off).. it has consistent power each runs, even thought we left about 15 min between almost each run.
The E55 AMG ECU reset is garbage, if you have a E55 , do not do it!! it hurts performance that we could clearly see and FEEL.
MTHIS C63 is nuts with traction, 40mph in 2nd it was kicking its tail out at 60% throttle, thing is INSANE! Needs wider and more grippier tires.
The best run as far as traction went for the C63 was when we were in 1st i believew and we got wheel hop, but most of it was traction and thing went off like a bullet!!
E55AMGGG04 car is running great and was a great matchup between the two! These cars are by far my favorite AMG cars.

So with all that talk about how MHP tune / long tube headers are superior to Kleemann K2 and puts out 450 whp (over 550 hp), it can barely beat a stock e55?
Do you know any Kleemann K2 c63 in your area? I would love to see your car vs a Kleemann K2 and also mthis's MHP tuned car vs a Kleemann car.
BTW have you raced a M5/M6? Who wins?

I dont care how "healthy" an "stock" E55 can be, Mthis's C63 should be pulling more than just 2 cars on a E55 with those mods. God i would so love to race a "healthy" stock E55 but i haven't had the chance to find one yet. Not even a E63 to play around with and take some vids myself. Anyways waiting for those vids...

I dont care how "healthy" an "stock" E55 can be, Mthis's C63 should be pulling more than just 2 cars on a E55 with those mods. God i would so love to race a "healthy" stock E55 but i haven't had the chance to find one yet. Not even a E63 to play around with and take some vids myself. Anyways waiting for those vids...

I have raced a m5 about 1 month ago from a rolling start starting from 25mph - 130mph and we were side by side the whole way.
You will see the videos where we got the clean runs in, we stay close down low because of my torque and begins to clearly walk me hard once we start reaching higher speeds.

I have just a stage 2 ecu tune, 511hp.
When racing an M5, Im about 2-3 car lengths by 100km/h. He did somehow manage to CRAWL past me at 270-280km/h

here is a teaser. i had 4ppl in the car and the rear was rubbing with 265. (thats how low my car got and how much traction it got that it diped so low to rub) thats QT lol

M5 will definitely take you once you pass 130mph though
M5 have better top end than a tuned C63 or stock E55 and the high rev certainly helps as well.
Well afterall its a 200mph car
