Hey, that picture is on Merivale rd, I had the lamborghini for a day back in october, its a 2008 Gallardo LP-560-4 spyder and it is freakin loud, the owner will let that go for $175k which is dirt cheap, that car is $300K new, its a florida car....anyway, I have seen you driving in the Merivale and Hunt Club area a couple of times, I drive the silver one, you also keep your car very very clean, i am one of those **** types as well, we should get together one day.

 

Thats right, it is Merivale rd. I work in the area and I was dropping it off at Hunt Club Mercedes for a new set of rear tires ( I purchased them at the tire rack) and and oil change (differential and engine).
I wanted to hear the Lambo start up but never got chance. We should get together one day. You obviously have good taste in cars! I'll keep my eyes (and ears) on the look out for you. I'd like to see an early spring!

 

Just received a nice book from MB for the first anniversary of my AMG. The book is about 10 dream drives in Europe. Nice touch. I knew that people in the US were getting stuff from MB but I was not expecting anything here in Canada. Anybody else got anything so far?

Just found out that Petro-Canada now offers 94 octane gas in the GTA, in addition to Sunoco. Convenient to have more options for sure. Don't know if other provinces have more than one provider of 94.

 

that is because sunoco bought pc. The pc with 94 are sunoco converted to pc. Part of the purchase was to main the pc brand.

 

just curious of what grades of petrol you guys use, I use Shell 91 instead of 94s

 

Booked an appointment at Auto Links to get a ceramic tint and clear bra put on. But they are running on a couple week delay. Does anyone have a recommendation in the GTA? Also, what percentage tint? And Is ceramic worth it?

 

I find my cars runs smoother using 94. I've been feeding my two AMGs with 94 since I got the car from the dealership. How's 91? Shell's been advertising heavily how it reduces gunk build up and how there's no ethanol. MB says use min. 93 octane.

 

That is 93 Octane using the RON rating method. In Canada and USA we use the Octane rating method of ((RON + MON)/2) and 91 is the minimum pump gas rating we should use.
