This past weekend one of my fog lights died. However I can't stand the look of the ugly halogen fog lights. Does anyone know what would be a suitable replacement that offers more of a brighter HID resembling light? Also is there a DIY for changing the active fog lights on any MB?

Are you sure it is out? There is a function on the C63 that turns a single fog light on when turning. This makes it look like the other fog light is out....Originally Posted by MikeG_C63_AMG

There was a recent thread that stated you just need to buy different bulb (H7). I did that for my S4 and it worked out great. Cost me like $50 with install. However, I believe install is a bit more painful on our cars but the bulbs should just be a matter of getting different ones.

Positive. I turn the fogs on and the left one doesn't light up. Also I get a message in the center screen saying "Check Left Fog Light". Originally Posted by kuta01
