What does it take to get a C63 to run a mid 8 second 60-130?

What does it take to get a C63 to run a mid 8 second 60-130?
A guy named Keith has an 8.8 verified over at 6 speed. His handle is dads C63 and the car was done by MHP.
I am hoping that they don't charge nearly 5K for headers

The car has MHP L/T headers, MHP V3 tune, MHP thermal intake gaskets and thermostat. It also has the carbon fiber air box but I think thats more cosmetic than anything else. Otherwise everything else is strictly cosmetic. These cars are strong from the factory.

I noticed that they charge 10K for the headers...does that include tune and exhaust?
May I ask what it cost to get your car to where it is now? PM if you wish.
