Los Angeles...Need Help..Used Tire

Just wondering if you have a used spare tire just lying in your garage or about to throw it away. The E350 lease is over this month...the tire blew yesterday and I dont want to buy a new one...So if you have a 265/35/18 that your willing to give it to me or sell it to me for a cheap price that will be grrrrreat!
