You guys have some shady dealers. The one I go to has a full glass wall where you can watch them work on your vehicle the whole way, give you a walk around when they are finished, and give you a form to fill out to make sure your vehicle and service experience were up to your expectations.

QUICK UPDATE

Turns out my car wouldn't start because my relays or relay switches stopped working, they didn't give me detail of what they did exactly but they did tell me the parts that were ordered were relays and the car starts now. Just an FYI.
