Are the door pins flush when the car is locked?

The pins are just a tad above flush. The pins replace the stock piece.

No we have not personally installed a set on a C63, if any member is local we will install one set for free for the first individual to PM me.

The front pins just unscrew when the vehicle is unlocked. You need to take the rear panels off for the rear pins.

Tried to order the door pins and seller stated that pricing is incorrect (due to a salesperson error who is no longer there) and they are $115 + $25 for shipping. First, it was the higher than KLEEMANN pricing for the K1 tune (which was corrected) and now this??? Sorry for the rant, but as a new sponsor, this is not going very well......
