Cold winter air vs real power
Over the last few weeks here in Toronto, it has been quite cold. I noticed that the sound of my engine is just better than ever and also slightly louder. Given that the cold air is more dense, in theory, should the engine power marginally increase?

Air temperature and humidity both affect engine performance. This motor, especially when tuned and breathing well with exhaust mods, makes significantly more power in cold dry air. Track results show an improvement of nearly half a second and an additional 4 mph compared to our summer results.

The weather in here in Chicago is 15' with a windchill of damn cold...driving in this air definitely makes the engine growl louder and stop and go take offs are faster IMO. Everytime I start it cold it crackles much louder...

A/C should turn on, it is to keep your windows clear. A/C... air conditioning dehumidfies the air.
Think about what happens when you breathe onto cold glass. Fogs up. If you blew air with a lot less water content that wouldn't happen

I feel in power totally different from summer. Right now I feel more and more power. So I bet that on dyno in summber and winter is different number. I wounder if someone test it summer this much power and winter this much.

Has any of you guys noticed a better fuel consumption. Unless it is due to the recent LET tune last month, I have been getting about 30 miles more per tank driving the exact same route for the last 2 weeks. I always had to fill up at 200-210 and now it is 230-240.
Our temperatures here in SW FL are normally in the 70s/80s and over the last 2 weeks it has been in the 40s/50s.
I would love to be able to say that it is due to the tune because that would not be temporary. I will update you guys after i do 1K miles and the weather is back to normal. Since I have owned the car, I am registering an average of 14.2mpg.
