for the ones who have factory backup camera, i need your help!

for the ones who have factory backup camera, i need your help!
Hi there,
I have try to find out that is it worth it if i want to hook up the factory backup camera for my c63.....i have the access to electronic parts catalog....but when i try to look for factory backup camera harness, there is at least 3 or 4 different harness in there....so it is possible that whoever have the NAV, P30 (or APP in canada) and have the backup camera option PM me the VIN so i can compare which harness is the right one....OR if someone have this camera option and have access to the parts catalog, can u use your car's vin and see if the following part number is valid or not

A 204 440 48 08 Wiring Harness from camera to control unit
A 204 440 49 08 Wiring Harness from control unit to nav unit
A 204 820 07 97 Rear-view camera
