From which vendor did you order them?

Worked with Arsha from Vivid Racing. Best price and top notch service too. Highly recommended.

Picked up the wheels from Fedex today and dropped them off with my detailer to have them Opti-coated. Took a quick peek in the boxes and they look awesome. Getting them mounted on Saturday, pics to follow asap.

Unfortunate that others have had issues with Forgestar delivery times too... looking at my order it was exactly 3 weeks from order to shipment out, 23 days in total. Appears they have sorted themselves out as that is pretty impressive turnaround given they were not in stock.

I placed an order from Vivid Racing this evening, so hopefully I have a similar experience regarding shipping time!

Just got home, bit of a gong show getting them installed as I wasn't aware the OEM wheel bolts wouldn't work on the Forgestar wheels (ball seat vs cone seat). Albert at Speedstar sorted me out with some new bolts though so wheels are mounted and looking good. Car is filthy though so going to give it a quick wash, pics to follow shortly.

Couple quick pics after the wash. Fitment is fantastic, extremely aggressive with no rubbing so far. Tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sport in 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. Nice and meaty, just how I like it. Very happy as it looks/drives great.

Thanks! I'm lowered on H&R springs which I would highly recommend. Pretty sure they have softened the ride slightly on my P31 sedan. Wheel specs are the standard C63 fitment... 19x8.5 ET40, 19x10 ET52.

That setup looks perfect - we went with 235/35/19's and 265/30/19's, but I may switch to 245's and 275's if you're not rubbing.

Minus the P31 package, we're legit going to be twins... Btw, I saw you asked in another thread about the 507 LED surrounds and grill - I'm actually having mine painted at the moment, along with the rear chrome trim, window trim, and door handles.

I just randomly came to check this thread today to get some idea for tire sizes, and realized I will have the EXACT same setup you have. Magnetite black p31 with H&R springs and Gunmetal CF10's! Nice to be able to see a preview of what to expect Just got my wheels delivered on Friday, and have had the springs laying around for a couple weeks waiting to be installed. Just need to buy some tires this week and have it all mounted.

Anyone have some suggestions on where to buy some tires and what brand? I got into racing a decent amount, so looking for something that will get some good grip but is also usable driving around the city as well.

Since you're my twin go with the same tires I have.

Seriously though, Michelin PSS all the way... If you want an aggressive look go for the same sizes as mine. Check Tirerack or Discount Tire Direct, they will have good prices and fast shipping.

Look forward to seeing pics of my twin from the west coast.

I also went with Michelin PSS's after a great experience with them on my old M3. Do you think you'll have rubbing with that size with people in the back seat?

No rubbing so far but haven't had passengers in the back yet. I rarely have anyone in the back beside my daughter in her booster anyway. I decided to go with the 245/275 setup after chatting with WWMIndy, his thread here was part of my inspiration to go with the CF10s so many thanks to him. He hasn't had any issues with rubbing aside from one time with the fronts. I'm not worried about rubbing personally.

I have 275 PSS in the rears on mine and have rubbed one time. That was with 4 passengers and a trunk of luggage. Wasn't rubbing until I turned and then it would. However, I'm also on a 10.5 wide wheel with a 52 offset.

Nice to hear 275/30/19 PSS & 19x10 +52mm is not rubbing at all over bumps & dips at high speeds.

I had SV1 forged 19x10 +52mm with General UHP 275/30/19 in the past, and I had slight rub on the passenger rear over dips.
