I've been lurking for several months and decided to pull the trigger. Have a couple of questions (apologize if this has already been asked/answered...I did use the search, but want more opinions):

Trading my Viper (had for 10 years and put 10K on the milage) for Iridium Silver 09 with 7500 miles:

Warranty - can buy the MB 7/75 for approx $4400. The MB prepaid service plan for the 10/20/30K services is around $899.........or can do both for around $5000. Need your advice...especially on the warranty please!

Tint - dealer recommends 35% - is F1 by Llumar okay tint(i believe it is ceramic, does anyone know??)....your thoughts?

If you plan on keeping the car anytime past warranty, then you most definitely should get extended warranty. When things go wrong, the parts and labor are expensive on these cars

I have 35% F1 Pinnacle, which is a ceramic tint. I think Llumar and F1 are two different brands, so there is no F1 Llumar. But I am happy with my tint, although I wish they offered something in the 20% range in the Pinnacle series. I think it is hard to go wrong with tints these days as long as you go with a reputable brand. The hardest decision is choosing the % IMO.

Low 50's with everything except PP and keyless go (which I really did want). Seems to be a very nice car!

I picked up my CPO 09 C63 with 11,xxx miles today. Warranty to 100k miles or 2014. Has AMG PP,loaded. Not all meet CPO. Payed $55,xxx. Book value over $60k. You should look for a CPO C63.
