Hello everyone, before I go into detail regard this customer, allow us to give you a brief background on who we are.

This gentleman first contacted us to purchase a set of Rennen Modular R8 Concave for his customer with a C63 in Mexico. He stated he would like the wheel Concaved for his C63. As we all know, the offset of the vehicle virtually makes it impossible to have any lip on the wheel. Due to the big brake fitment that is particular to the C63, our ulta concave forging was not possible but our standard concave forging was still apllicable. After we sent him the CAD drawings which clearly show the position and true shape of the centers, lips and concavity to state this problem, he immediately SIGNED the approval and sent it back.

The build time was only 2.5 weeks after he sent the deposit which is very prompt by today’s standards. Upon receiving them, he contacted us for tire fitments and sent them to his customer in Mexico.

Perhaps there was a misunderstanding between him and his customer regarding the concave when he received them because at that point he contacted us to ask about the lip size and concavity of the wheel despite his approval of the drawings.

We offered to help him with his customer by creating a deepened bolt circle around the center of the rear wheels as to give it more depth and concavity. He agreed and we completed the process in 1 week including engineering.
The end result to our knowledge was new centers similar to the ones pictured below and a satisfied customer.

This situation was in NO matter conducted as fraud. We had total contact with the Shop that sold theses alloys to his customer in Mexico. We would have welcomed his customer to call us directly for any questions or concerns but unfortunately it seems as though the shop was not communicating the right information and also held information from him as well.

I stand corrected, those look SHARP!

I requested a set of concave wheels, if this was not possible to do they should have not taken my money. They were the specialist and should have told me that the wheels were not going to fit.

Why did you approve the drawings? Can you not read drawings? And why come on here when all you are is just a reseller?

Yes I wanted concave wheels too...did a little research and with the high offsets that the C63 has you are not going to get MUCH concavity. You will get a little. So like half the people on here if you had took the time to research or ask around you would have realized that or maybe looked at the drawings. The better choice would've just gone with a huge lip and no concavity.
