Leather Only - looks chalky after applied!!
I am using Leather Only with a MF cloth on black AMG leather. For some reason it is tending to look chalky. Any thoughts or recommendations for new leather??? I did a search, but found nothing on this particular issue. Thanks in advance......

1) Application may be the issue. Try a cotton cloth rinsed through with water first. A damp cloth prevents waste by absorption and helps to keep the application even. Sometimes i just use my bare hand to apply conditioner.
2) Even though Leather One is an all in one (cleaner/conditioner) I believe that a good cleaning is necessary before conditioning, especially when working with Black.
Hope this helps

I have used Z-10 for over ten years and love it. The leather gets soft without residue and the car gets that new car smell again. Love it.

I also have used Lexol for many years with no issues. Use a cleaner about every six months or so and go lightly to not pull the color. Conditioner on a regular basis and both with a damp applicator. Do not let the cleaner dry in before wiping off. You can let the conditioner soak in and then buff lightly. Watch for color loss. A two part product I believe will be better for long term. I would not want any cleaner left absorbed into my leather.
