If anyone is interested in the starless grill, I found this - it's from Kicherer, a European manufacturer

So (according to the pic above) Brabus does manufacture the starless grill desgined exactly for the C63?

It's because they are 2 different products. The "BULLET" grill is a 3 fin design that fits on a W204 hood
The "Brabus"/"KICHERER" grill is a starless blacked-out/de-chromed C63 grill with just 2 fins like a normal C63 grill
