mod questions
I have noticed several mods in the posting and i am trying to get an idea of what the benefits are , in particular if there is any increase in power and the cost of the mods.
ROTW airbox, what is this and is there any power gain, cost?
charcoal delete?
K&N airfilter?
I am considering the kleeman K1 ECU flash in the near future but need to fugure out where to start.
any suggestions?

Start w/ an ECU Flash, which of course will get you the most HP/TQ increase...should bring your C63 AMG back up to the other 63 AMGs...~510-520HP/470-480 lb-ft TQ. 
You can always do the charcoal air filter delete and/or add high-flow air filters, but the gains are minimal (maybe another +3-5WHP).
