i was just doing some pulls with an m3 and noticed my car is making a whining noise at 5-6,000 RPM in gears 3 and 4. Not sure what this could be. if you guys have any idea please let me know (also the car does not feel slower and no cel)

Man, it's a benz...it's the king of whines, whirs, clicks, thumps, etc...I've had more noises and unidentified CRAP on this car...at the end of the day, if you hit it and it goes...great.
Just make sure your oil is good...would hate for the whine to turn into a thump, and a thump into your motor splattered on the road.
I swear, the 2 MBs I have constantly throw me for a new loop everyday (mainly electrical, but still).
