Offset Issues

I recently emailed Carlsson about getting a set of the 2/16 BE wheels for the c63, but I was told the proper fitment would be 19x8.5 with an offset of 40 in the front, and the rear would be 19x10 with an offset of 35. Although I trust Carlsson's information to be accurate, I have seen most members running 19x10 wheels with an offset of 50 or so, so I am a bit skeptical. When you run the numbers on a wheel calculator it seems things would be fine, but I'm not really an expert on how that all works. Any input on whether these would fit and perform well would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

10" +ET50 rear is agressive as it is . . . 10" +ET35 rear is ridiculously wrong.

Yeah , there is no way a 35 offset will fit on the rear. It will hit outer guard for sure.

Maybe they are dyslexic? +53 would be better.

This is +50.

You can go +35, if you're running wider fenders. Haha. Other than that, no go!
