Are W211 E63 Headers same as W204 C63 ones?

W211 E63
Are W211 E63 Headers same as W204 C63 ones?
Bought a set of headers for my E63 and wonder if it will fit a W204 C63 as well (may be getting one for wife)? I believe only CLS ones are direct fit to a W211 E63, anyone have insights to this one?

Rarfinancial was going to put on a set of MBH C63 headers and they didn't work so they had to make a set for his CLS. The only common exhaust part we share (BS, C, CLS, E, S) is only the exhaust manifold(s).

Are you talking about shorty headers or long tube headers? If you're talking about long tubes, then they are not a direct fit. Also, the exhaust piping is different diameter. If you're talking about shorty headers, they may actually fit.
