Poping noise after secondary cats removal
I have removed my secondary cats . I noticed some popping noise when going down hill. Has anyone experience the same problems with this popping noise?

When driving slow I could hear the clunking noise or popping noise coming from the rear. I also have Revozport RBS Rear diffuser with ground effect on my car.

You may want to check if they tightened everything up correctly down there. Clunking noises that are loud enough to hear from inside the car is not the same as exhaust popping sounds.

How do you like the increased sound out the tailpipe under full throttle now?

Sounds to me like the mixture went a little too lean with the removal of the secondary cats. Only thing I know of to eliminate the popping would be to reschedule the fuel flow by enriching the mixture on the bottom end.

I like the popping sound. It usually happens when I'm going down hill, not pressing the brake pedal so that the engine is doing the braking, and between 2,000rpm down to about 1,300rpm. LOVE it!!!
There's also the MEGA POP!! that I get when in Manual mode and I down shift from 4th gear to 3rd (using the paddles) at around 3,800rpm. Makes anyone outside turn around to see what just exploded! :-) I did it one time just as a guy was driving past me with his windows open and I guess it was just perfect or unlucky timing for him because I saw him hit his brakes hard in my rear view mirror.

I love this cars exhaust and I love making it pop and gurgle too--I've been trying to isolate how to do it on purpose, thanks for the pointers
