hey quit it. hgerhardt, i'll rescan the ticket. believe me, i wasn't using the german thing as an excuse, just a funny way of saying i don't know what the ticket says. being an attorney myself, i know ignorance is no excuse, but hey i'll say the only phrase i know in german......

Really, why not just pay the stupid thing? You got a ticket, you were speeding. So pay up. Write it off as traveling expenses or something if you're that cheap or broke. Is everybody broke here?
You're not going to get some prize for "look at me, I dissed the authorities." Do you want me to send you a gold star to put on your bumper for "fooling the Swiss?"
Plus you have no clue where life might take you. A job in Switzerland? Meeting a Swiss girl? Why increase your odds of any future anxiety over a few lousy Euros.....

wow, danielmccabe (what does that even mean?), youre blowing my mind on this one. I would set up a court date, learn german and swiss, go back to switzerland, bring your well-thought out argument to court, and bang these guys into submission. I mean, they expect YOU, a man who spends 90K on a car to pay a $200US speeding ticket? Do they think money just grows on trees in the U.S.? Paaaaleez, get that round trip business class ticket and a couple of nights at the Four Seasons in Geneva and show those *****es some manners. You will surely get out of the ticket and save yourself the money. I feel it.

that's what's killing me. it was so much fun the first time, i can't imagine buying another car without doing Euro delivery. now i have to figure out, how to actually pay...... un de credut ze cardt!?!?
