6.3 amg stroker kit?????

ARE THERE ANY COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT MAKE A STROKER KIT FOR THE 6.3 AMG ENGINE???? ive heard rumors of a german company that actually strokes the engine out to a 6.9 liter . I dont know if this is entirely true, but just imagine a STROKED AMG ENGINE!!! Some companies like Kleeman or Renntech should really look into this.

C63 AMG Arctic w/ Stage 1 Tune, DoubleXX pipe, MCD-631X coming soon
I have spoken with Andy at MHP, they are indeed going down that road. As long as they got the rod ratio right, it's gonna be a beast!!

That will just lower our redline and usable torque curve. Unless you're just going to run 1/4 miles all day long it wont be all that.

What's the HP and torque estimates and cost?? Just curious...would the heads and cams work on the current motor and how much would they gain you? Thanks..

Let me try to answer your questions simply.
I believe there is going to be a stroker kit offered later this year. Will probably be between $20-$25,000 for the complete kit including machining, parts, and install.
The goal is 600rwhp N/A with the complete stroker kit.
Just the heads and cams on the stock bottom end will be between 525-550rwhp. These cams will work with the stroker but not optimal.
Keep racing and be safe.

Thanks for the input. I was assuming around 20-25k also.

I was wondering if there was a stroker for the 63. Does anyone have updates?

I'm new to this forum, but how is less usable torque and a lower redline good for drag racing all day?

Great project, good luck to all involved...but in the back of my mind I can't shake the thought there will be no buyers at full price if that's what it is.
