gear problem
When the car is in sport mode and I push it.changing from 1st gear to 2nd gear it jerks/lurches. The traction light comes on and the car slows down. This happened right after I picked up my car from the plan B service. It's always been smooth switching gears and now from 1st gear to 2nd gear it has a problem changing. Any thoughts?

Shoooot Alqamzi, sorry to hear that. I hate that kind of stuff. I would do what was mentioned and look at the reciept and check milages to compare any differences, BUT I highly doubt that someone raped your car while at the dealer. ( I would pray not because that would cause for a visit from me to the manager).
If that happens, you DEFINITELY need to take it back. Something is wrong with transmission (RARE). Maybe its a computer ECU problem?

If there's a problem make Murray get you a new car. They are prone to damaging cars. My mom took her s600 there once and never again will they touch that car.

What I have learned is never go to a dealership alone. NEVER. Always take reinforcements. Any issues, call me and I will cancel work and fly out to go with you...
That kind of stuff grinds my gears...

Ok guys i picked up my car today and all they did was an ecu tcu update and they said its a new from mercedes something like that...And my tune is gone and am having a check engine light because of the headers. And i told them do not touch the ecu without calling me and they didn't call they just reflashed it...

This should be an easy fix.... contact Cory at Kleemann and have him re-flash your ECU back to the tuned file.

Do u guys wanna know what the service advisor said when i got pissed at him for updating the ecu??
He said i thought u said don't touch the A/C.... I told him i don't blame u i blame this dealership who hired u from the first loooooooooooooool
ANyways tomorrow am going to kleemann to get my tune back...
