Yes sir, you do pay PDI on a demo, PDI means Pre-Delivery Inspection and dealer do that when the vehicle arrived to their dealership. I dont know what 1200 fuel tax is because we dont pay that in Alberta, but instead we pay Green Levy Tax, which is listed on my break down for you.
To me that is a good deal if they offer you $69K for it, it has 8000km on it and yes people who test drive those vehicles do tend to be more aggressive. However, if you are looking to save a few bucks that's the best way to go.

In Ontario there is the $1200 fuel tax AND $2000 green levy. The green levy is supposed to offset the $2000 rebate the government gives to hybrids and smart cars.

Question: Does the AMG Performance Package require EXTRA servicing over the "Regular" C63? My dealer was saying something about fluid changes every 3k km. And oil changes at normal intervals around 25k km?

No sir, the service interval is at every 15,000km or every year whichever comes first. Some AMG clients like to do their service at 10,000km but it is really a personal opinion. Regardless if the car has performance package or not it is irrelevant. Keep in mind C63 AMG even with performance package it is still the same 6.3L AMG engine that has been use on most AMG cars we carry. And that engine is capable of producing 518HP (or more) in comparison with 481HP in C63 AMG.

Well, in Alberta there is no fuel tax but the government stopped offering the $2000 rebate on hybrids and smart cars. I find it funny because you do pay tax on top of the $2000 green levy, it is tax on top of tax.
My apology for not putting $1200 fuel tax into consideration since we dont have that in Alberta.

That was unfortunate. But this car has the old performance package so it is another $2K less than the one I quoted. The new performance package you get 30 more horse and red caliper and cf spoiler.
Sometimes you just got to pull the trigger to the right deal.

There are a couple more available. One without premium, and one without performance. And both without Carbon. And both of these are more expensive than this one. The one without performance is blue/grey...very sexy!

We have one with premium + performance (old performance)+ cf trim + camera and it is calcite white with black AMG napa leather but it is not a demo. PM if you are interested.

Since you are leasing, I can't see them giving you much of a deal. If you were financing or paying cash, different story.
I would just lease a brand new on without the performance package (save the $6k). Better value IMHO
