TPMS sensors are prone to failure and are expensive to replace. I would hate to have that added expense.
I have 3 sets of wheels for both my cars. That would be over $1,200 in TPMS sensors alone.

^^ yeah, I'm glad ours don't have TPMS... less problem to deal with.
But what I meant is why can Mercedes be consistent when building their cars... for example, either built TPMS for everyone or no TPMS at all.
