List of LTH (Long Tube Headers) Manufacturers for C63?
i'm in the market for some LTs and was hoping for a list of manufacturer's so i can compare prices and hp/tq gains. i couldn't find one so i thought you guys might help me make a list... it's pretty difficult to even find prices in a long thread sometimes... i think this might save some people some time... i'll try and update the list accordingly... Please provide any updates or corrections needed... thank you.

I didn't know ACGSD made headers? I think you are mixing ACGSD with Cargraphic from the other thread. The price James from ACGSD quoted for the Cargraphics ones was $2970.
You could also add Supersprint and GT-Pro to the list.

I think that 60whp thing came about a few ways... It was like this shorty header made xx amount of power over stock, then Long tubes made xx power over shorty headers, then MBH Tri-y long tubes made xx amount of power over standard long tubes.
Rick's Renntech airbox made power as is, Then fitted with our long tubes just made things breath that much better, letting the 2 inch primary pipes flow.
I'd say like 45-55whp Without primary cats. With primary cats?? I dont even know. I had one guy come in to get a set of C63 headers, but he didnt want a post dyno run. what can you do?
With the heat out here this time of year. Its hard to test without some heat soak.

I was told by Supersprint dealer last fall that Supersprint does not sell their C63 headers to retail. They were made exclusively for Carlsson. Also, their full exhaust system (headers all the way to exhaust) is about $10,000

I sent an information request and they forwarded it to BMP Design, their US Distributor. BMP sent me an email letting me know the system will not be available until later this fall and they could take orders. I did not discuss pricing since it is probably more than I can/willing dish-out.

OR:
If you "know a guy" who happens to live in Germany, you could give him the money, he buys the parts at the German price in euros, and then your buddy (hopefully) ships you the parts gray market. Since circumventing the recognized distribution channel is not considered a valid means of obtaining the vendor's product, you would forego any warranty or support from the manufacturer. Not worth the risk IMHO, but to each his own.

So this "guy", for example, could be a US Serviceman stationed in Germany and essentially become a broker as a side business?

I've only put about 15 miles on the car so far but I can say that the yellow triangle flashes non stop Tomorrow I will do some high speed runs and play with it a bit. So to answer the question I haven't retuned as of yet. It is just plug and play. Now, if I can get any more out of the ECU now that the TB's are installed I will ask my tunner. I think the car adapts the fuel for the more added air.. Car for some reason sounds different very responsive too

I have no idea did the work at my Dealership (james from ACG) No dyno time yet. But I can say that the car is much more responsive to the touch. It feels like I added a sprint booster. Barely touch the gas peddle and it's gone. Its like I just added a bunch of power. So as far as more power I don't know but as for drivabilaty it's like a different car very snappy and the Yellow triangle flashes way to easy now Better than I expected and Very happy with it.
