I was the first test vehicle for w204s for the MB Arts brace. From fit to finish, it's really the best strut brace out there. One piece design instead of garbage multi piece construction makes it much more rigid against chassis flex. Welds on that thing are a work of art really. It was designed by people who build race cars for a living. Although 204s already have a fairly stiff chassis, you can notice the difference going through twisties. This combined with my Eibach Sways makes me feel like I'm in a roller coaster when taking hard turns.
I had mine wrapped in CF.

Former Vendor of MBWorld
I ran the MBarts camber arms, they were not only great, I needed them asap. They overnighted them to me. The transaction was very smooth. Not to make this a camber arm thread, but if this product is as good as their camber arms. You will like it alot. If you are lowered and race at the drag strip. Their camber arms will make you faster. Good find, as some folks dont know that MBarts makes some cool stuff.

I read a very interesting arcticle on strut braces. The author was saying that while they will work on older cars, most of the time it's only a gimmick. He also had an interesting tip... if you have a strut brace, you can slighlty losen the bolts and mark the edges with a greese pencil. After a few laps, come back in and check.
If we were driving something sloppy like a Mustang or something I would say the brace is a good deal, but I have my doubts for the C63. I think money would be better spent on something like a sway bar.

I fully agree that your best bang for your buck suspension wise is sway bars as this makes the biggest difference. Strut brace alone won't give you all that you want, but it's one component of the full package that you'd really want when it comes down to the fine tuning part of suspension. Sway bars, coilovers, strut brace, camber arms, and toe links.
