High mount lamp
Guys,
Just noticed that my car has the bracket for the rear window high mount rear lamp in rear window but that is not working. I can't determine if the actual lamp is in their and simply not connected or whether I would need to buy one. The car is US spec but in Europe there are laws that require a high mount brake lamp in addition to fender lamps. Anyone know what the standard US spec is for this?

CHMSL is required by law for North America as well - the only difference is that we do not get the adaptive brake system (brake light flashes under panic braking). Maybe you knocked the connector when loading something?
