Adaptive nature of the tune in the ECU is the likely cause. Run it WOT 3 times on the dyno and it learns that you mean business and brings the tune into line with your objective of max power. My guess...

I babied my 2009. I got on my 2010 a little.

No difference.

Here is a something for you though. You cant break it if you baby it. You can if you dont.
