+1. No red on stripe and star.
Love your wheels though. Awesome.

Little too much. I liked what MNL did with blacked out badges and JUST the "63" in red.

EDIT:

This is what I did (I've since just debadged totally):

It's kinda cool. The red star makes it look like you work for the Kremlin. It's a KGB AMG!

Actually, that was a visual trick with the camera - I used masking tape to set the bottom line of each badge before I took them off to paint. The red was not a true gloss, so it looked like it was crooked (yada yada yada). Bottom line: they're gone. Haha

Simon, in my opinion it’s good to see an owner step away from what is now accepted the norm, a black car with black rims.

Personally I like the look of the red badges and callipers and would also do the 6.3AMG fender badge red as well but lose red strip at the back and keep it in theme with the chrome window surrounds.

It’s a nicely presented car whichever way you look at it.

I don't really care for this but I honestly just wanted to use a random font for no apparent reason.

I met some friends yeterdays, they ALL said the red badges and strip look really nice on black C63, that look is surprisingly aggressive..........oh my god!! They want to do the same on their 63...... Should I change my mind not to change the strip?

If you like it then keep it. Don't need to care about what other people think.

Plus it makes your car stand out amongst the hundreds if not thousands of C63s in Hong Kong.

Look forward to seeing you around town sometime.

Taste/preference has a lot to do with culture, so something that might not look so great somewhere might be the choice somewhere else. Seeing your location, it is totally possible that your friends prefer the red badge and bar.

+1 on joowick's comment. It's YOUR car.
