Pics from recent road trip
Here are some pics of the cars on the road trip to a local winery in the Hunter Valley outside Sydney we took on the weekend. Nearly killed myself twice on the twisty backroads trying to keep up with the GT3 and 997 4S in the lead in front of me!!

The Hunter valley is beautiful..I've been there several times, my brother in law lives in Tamworth. He'd probably like to race you guys, he has a M3 CSL...not sure how he would do as I don't know all of his mods. Great pics!

Firstly. thanks for all the nice comments guys !
No funnily enough i didnt even think of that, the highways/freeways were a bit too congested for that and 10 of kms of twisty rods were definately single file territory
The weather was great and despite it being saturday the roads that mattered were virtually deserted, it was like we had the place to ourselves! and no cops, not one
I had some friends come down from Brisbane and they drove the other two, first time i have ever had all three out at once and it was really great to see...and hear
I was driving the SL as i like the gearbox much better than the other two, the shift times are like night and day. i am certainly no race driver and i never thought that kind of thing would really matter to me but it makes tremendous difference particularly in the twisty rds when you are coming out of corners and want to drop down gear and nail it. Initially my mate was driving the ML63 behind the 997 4S and the GT3 and he did an incredile job staying in touch with them. WE then had to pull over because the GT3 brakes were smoking and then i got in behind the porsches. I am not as skilled a driver and maybe bit more of a poosy but dropped off the porsches in the SL. These were 80km/hr rds with posted recommended cornering speeds of 55km/hr, we were obvioulsy well in excess of that and had my heart in my mouth a few times!!
Funny ! Not sure, its the same camera, i just point and shoot it!
I could not agree more, and have yet to scrap it!
I would suspect the C63 would as its the lightest and after mods has more power than the SL63...but a slower gear box.
Abosultely right, cant wait to do it again!
That R32 was one of the most modded cars there. Owner had put in ABT supercharger, ADV1 wheels, coilovers, carbon fibre everywhere and a 2 stage remote Capristo exhaust. It was no slouch thats for sure!
