The pictures show various parts of the bumper painted in one picture then c/f in the next. Specifically the shroud surrounding the grill and of course the lower lip. Was this just a c/f vinyl applied?

Can you still add the straight line LED units to the side vents near the A pillars?

Actually you have the option to order certain areas in carbon fiber. For example, the lower lip and the side vents. They simply lay these areas up in c/f, and the rest in fiberglass to save money...since most people will paint the majority of the bumper. So no, it's not just vinyl.
