Engine break in procedure, hard or fast?
I searched the forums for opinions but couldn't really find any. Google gave me some sites, but everything is 1 sided. Some say owner's manual, easy break in, while others say hard, accelerated bursts. Opinions from pro owners?

Be sure the car is warm, accelerate hard to 5k in 1st 2nd and 3rd and let the motor slow you back down. Don’t use breaks and DONT down shift. Dump that Mobile 1 Crap out ASAP and spend some money and replace it with Redline and or Amsoil. You dont have much time with the new motors to seat the rings. Most won’t agree with me on this however if you PM me I will send you research done on this and the Issues with Mobile1. Many guys who built race motors will tell you how important it is to do this prior to 200 miles. MY car was on the track at 400 miles. Currently building a 700HP Porsche motor that I have been told over and over to be sure to do this.
