Its currently 110 degrees in Los Angeles, and its INSANELY HOT!!!
I drove down to the beach yesterday and my temp gauge read 120 degrees at one point . My car felt like it was doing like 200hp. Is it this hot in other part of the country too??

 

weird. im actually from socal but its around 65 and raining here in the east coast.

 

Yeah.. I couldn't go out to eat since it's so hot outside.. crazy.. Will it end soon?

105F in Santa Clarita.

It's a dry hot though. I lived in Houston for 10 years. 105F in So Cal feels like 85F w/humidity in Houston.

100F in Houston is unbearable, and you burst into sweat the moment you walk outside. As hot as it is today I'm still not really sweating. And it'll be back in the 80s by the end of the week.

 

Its dry and VERY hot, Every time i take a breathe my lungs fill up with HOT/DRY air.

Just checked the weather again and its 111 degrees right now, But according to accuweather it feels like 118 degrees!!! It wasn't even this hot in palm springs desert when i went last month.

 

In south-western Poland where I live it's about 40 degrees and raining all the time so I wouldn't mind some heat right now

 

I don't know how hot it gets in Poland but 110 degree heat is no fun. 40 degrees + rain sounds like heaven right now.

We get heat like that in San Antonio a lot...last summer we had 60 days at 100 degrees or hotter but not as bad this summer.

And it's humid here so it's really no fun. I'll take the dry heat any day.

 

Palm Springs has a record tying temp for today's date at 111* F. Feels less though. It ain't know thing for me, though, I'm used to it and actually prefer it to the cold.

But, my car hates it. You can get a few nice bursts of power in the heat but then the car just slows.

 

Ya, i cant take the heat. Cold weather is more my thing, ill walk around in a tshirt and shorts in 40 degree weather no problem.

Haha I bet. Hopefully it cools down this week. Its really weird because, it was cloudy and cool a couple of days last week or the week before, And next you know we get hit with this heat wave.

 

I think we get a break on Thursday....
