it does next to nothing to the rear if you are on the p30 suspension, especially if you use the 17mm spring pads instead of the stock 14mm ones.

As promised, here are some pics BEFORE/AFTER the drop on H&R springs... with different wheels combo, to give ppl an idea what it would look like with OEM or aftermarket.

EDIT: I forgot to mention my car has the thicker spring pads in the rear... so expect the car to be a bit lower in the back if you use your OEM spring pads!!
