How was the install? Did you had to cut the stock rear diffuser out?

The install was pretty simple. I popped out the stock diffuser one tab at a time, nothing had to be cut. The Vorstiener diffuser went in the same way, pops in one tab at a time.

Did you have to put some sort of sealant or putty to make it so there was no visible gap between the end parts and the bumper? I recently noticed that there was a noticeable gap and am wondering if its common with these pieces or if mine is warped.

Nope, no sealant or putty, the fitment is pretty much spot on. I think that gap would be there regardless.
