new to the forum. have historically prefered BMW's until i drove a C63 out of curiosity. unbelievable performance and fantastic sounds. now looking for a used one.
i have some questions i couldn't find good answers to via 'search':
- do the C and S modes change the suspension?
- i drove a 2008 and 2009. 2008 seemed like a harsher ride. possible?
- is there an online owners manual?
- if i set ESP sport, will it stay in that mode even after restart?
- no LSD(!?!), but can you still get it sideways?
- why no park distance control like the EU models?
thanks much.

The C,S and M mode do not change the suspension. It changes transmission response time and throttle inputs.
There is a performance package that will change the ride. Maybe the 2008 had it.
I am not aware of an online manual
The ESP sport will not stay off after you turn the car off. You have to manually press it every time you want it. However the C and S will stay. If you chose M, it will revert to S when you start.
The Performance package for 08 and 09 has the LSD. I believe for 2010, it was a separate option.
Not sure why the PDC is not in the US. Maybe because so few of us will use it since we don't parallel park unless we live in big city.

Take your time and I'm sure you will find a gently used C63 with low miles. Be prepared to pounce once you find that right car!! GL with your search....
