Thank you.

Thanks. I don't think there are any more opportunities this year. We should certainly start planning the first Drag Day of 2011!

Nice. Wanna pilot my car?
My pb was 11.55 before any light weight stuff. The11.47 was with a light weight driver. Backed up 3 times that day.. I'm hoping to match that time since now I should be lightened almost the same as the driver was but that day weather wasn't the best so hopefully this Friday I can shoot for an 11.4x and maybe with some real cool air I can do a bit better!!

Sadly, we didn't get started until 10:20am and by then the temps had already risen to the low-50's. It was super-chilly early on but they spent the first 2-hours prepping so we didn't get any runs when it was cooler.

Anyhow, I still got three runs between 10:20am - 12:45pm. I didn't stick around as it was only getting hotter.

My best pass:
1.791 60', 11.644 @ 120.33 MPH (1/8th 7.536 @ 95.21 MPH)
Wait what? This is recent? I thought they closed down the season...

I'll be there tomorrow!

Yep, they were closed and then reopened for these two days. That caught quite a few of us by surprise. It was likely more for the Pro-Street guys than us. There were lot's of crazy 8/9-sec cars out there today.

Tomorrow is the last day of the year for any drag strip action in Washington State. Good luck!

I got there too late They stopped selling tech cards at 1pm! I guess the other day they had waaay too many people and some people didn't get any runs in?

We should do another track rental or find the fastest strip in the PNW for next spring, say March? I'll have the MHP LTs on with their tune and maybe some other go fast parts...$$ depending..Thanks Dads!!

Seriously though, another dyno day at a minimum...

Is Woodburn or Pac raceways the quickest? Mission?

You are officially obsessed.

So spill the beans . . . what other go fast parts are you looking at?

Remember, every track in the PNW is ultra-strict on the 11.49 rule. You'll need a Rollbar if you plan on running quicker. I have no doubt that I'll hit that wall next Spring with some weight-reduction and the new tune. No plans to do a Rollbar on my car so that's where I'll be stopping.

Woodburn and Pac seem to be pretty equal. I have not run at Bremerton, Spokane, Portland or Mission to compare. There will also be a new track in Mason County in a year or so. (www.raceinmason.com)

As far as the next rental, I'll certainly attend if someone throws something together.

Supes, I know you must be at least a bit irritated about the shortcomings (read: non-participants) of the last track rental event and having to eat some of the cost. For the next event, maybe we can have the people who are interested put their money down as a spot reservation. If everything goes as planned, then they will just be paying for their share. If things fall through, and we don't have enough people interested in putting forth the $$$, then we can cancel the event and return the money back to them. I'll trust you not to run away with a few hundred dollars. Either way, we won't have you eating a good portion of the track rental cost.

It was cool seeing you again! Your car is amazing. My car felt far from insane, I struggled all day with traction but best pass was 11.40 @ 123 with a 1.80 60ft
